Attended by both collegiate and alumnae members, Zeta Day is a one- or two-day event, educational and social in nature, with programs to stimulate and inspire interest in the Fraternity and particularly to promote alumnae support and sisterhood.

Zeta Day is held annually in February, March, April or May for each District or state. Zeta Day is the responsibility of the District and Province Presidents. The District President appoints a chairman to organize and coordinate the activities. Generally, the geographical location and host responsibilities of Zeta Day are rotated among the alumnae groups in the District or state.
