The first Link in the Member Enrichment Program is the Zeta Is Forever New Member Program. Zeta is Forever forms the basis for instilling leadership and clearly defines the expectations and responsibilities of a ZTA member. New members now sign a member expectations contract when they join and initiated members re-sign that contract each year.
Each chapter’s New Member Coordinator has a guide to lead her through the program. A video, featuring ESPN sideline reporter Erin Andrews and National Officers, sets the tone for each new member meeting. The Zeta Is Forever Workbook presents lessons on loyalty, responsibility, service, leadership and commitment with an appealing, modern design. In fact, the College Fraternity Editors Association, in its recent communication awards program, honored the video with an honorable mention and the workbook with first place overall for publications improvement.
The other four Links focus on the second, third and fourth years of collegiate membership, followed by alumnae membership.
