Position Title: Chapter Development Manager

Reporting Relationship: Senior Director of Education & Programs

Position Status: Exempt, salaried, full-time

Position Location: Carmel, Indiana

Position Summary: The Chapter Development Manager oversees a team of Chapter Development Coordinators. The Chapter Development team develops and delivers educational programming to ZTA collegiate chapters nationwide by identifying chapters’ challenge areas and tailoring workshop material based on chapters’ specific needs.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Strong public speaking skills, ability to speak comfortably to a variety of individuals and group sizes
  • Attention to detail and ability to problem solve
  • Availability to travel roughly 30% annually to ZTA chapters across the country
  • Zeta Tau Alpha membership strongly preferred
  • Passionate about leading groups of collegiate women to recognize the value of their sorority experience
  • Team management experience preferred
  • Supervise and lead a team of Chapter Development Coordinators
  • Consistently communicate with Sr. Director of Education & Programs, members of National Council and Executive Director on team updates
  • Develop, update and personalize educational curriculum for workshops addressing Recruitment and other areas of challenge to collegiate chapters
  • Travel and deliver educational workshops to collegiate chapters based on needs
  • Book and manage travel reservations
  • Manage expenses within a budget
  • Update educational resources as necessary, ensuring that programs stay relevant and meet the needs of ZTA chapters
  • Serve as the Alcohol Skills Training Program coordinator working with facilitators and chapters
  • Coach chapter leaders based on needs of the organization and chapters
  • Communicate promptly with collegiate officers, advisors, National Officers and ZTA staff
  • Serve as a representative and/or facilitator for the Fraternity at local, regional and national meetings and events as needed
  • Additional duties as assigned
