Each alumnae chapter needs dedicated members to organize its events, just as a collegiate chapter does. Each chapter has an executive committee of a president, vice president, treasurer and secretary, as well as chairman for service, fundraising, recruitment, alumnae-collegiate relations and more. To find the alumnae chapter nearest you, visit the chapter locator page.
Collegiate Chapter advisors
Alumnae members who have been out of school for at least five years and who live within a reasonable distance of a collegiate chapter may volunteer as advisors. Each ZTA chapter can benefit from the advice and counsel of dedicated alumnae. Positions include general advisor, new member advisor, financial advisor, membership advisor, program council advisor, ritual advisor, judicial advisor, academic achievement advisor, and social advisor. To volunteer as an advisor, log into the Sisters Only site to find the contact information for the Province President of the chapter you wish to advisors.
Key Women
These volunteers provide our collegiate chapters with Membership Information Sheets for potential new members from their hometowns and surrounding areas. Key Women work with the State Reference Chairman to provide as many MIS forms as possible to assist our chapters in recruitment. If you would like to volunteer as a Key Women, contact the Membership Department at International Office.
House Association officers
The ZTA Fraternity Housing Corporation (FHC) owns or manages 100 collegiate facilities. Housing volunteers serve as on-site contacts for the NHC to support our efforts to provide safe, secure and competitive housing on every campus where we have a ZTA chapter. To volunteer to help with housing at a campus near you, contact the FHC.
Making Strides Against Breast Cancer® Volunteers
ZTA is the National Survivor Ambassador of Making Strides Against Breast Cancer. At the nearly 300 Making Strides walks held each October in communities across the country, Zetas provide assistance and focus on survivor recognition. For more information about helping with this program, contact the ZTA Foundation.
NFL Volunteers
ZTA has partnered with all 32 National Football League teams, as well as other professional and college sports teams, to distribute breast cancer education and awareness ribbons at stadiums and arenas. To help with this effort in your community, contact the ZTA Foundation.

More than 230 alumnae chapters across the U.S., Canada and Europe offer opportunities for fun, friendship, philanthropy and personal growth. Create your own alumnae home.
ZTA forms new alumnae chapters for these reasons:
To bring together ZTA alumnae who live in an area without an existing alumnae organization
To support an existing collegiate chapter
To split a large, existing alumnae chapter into smaller segments based on location
To support a collegiate colonization
Alumnae extension is the responsibility of a District President, a volunteer National Officer who provides assistance and guidance to alumnae in her geographic district. She builds interest among local alumnae and helps plan the initial organization of a new group.
To get started, contact your District President (find her information here). We look forward to working with you to expand opportunities for ZTA alumnae in your community.
