Foundation Ambassadors
Being a Foundation Ambassador is a fun opportunity to give back by making connections between your sisters and the Foundation using your own ZTA network, largely through social media.
The main responsibilities include sharing the national posts to your personal social media outlets and engaging your circle of friends and sisters during the buildup before and during the actual Day of Giving. It’s not necessarily about asking people to donate; it’s about helping us raise awareness of the event.
If you are interested in being an Ambassador for the 2022 Day of Giving, please fill out this short form by Monday, Sept. 12.
ZTA will notify all applicants of whether or not they have been selected by Friday, Sept. 16.
Selected Ambassadors will participate in a brief training via Zoom on either Sept. 21 at 8 p.m. EDT or Sept. 22 at 9 p.m. EDT. Ambassadors will choose the training day/time that works best for their schedule.
Challenge Donors
Something that makes our Day of Giving extra special each year is the number of generous sisters we have participating as Challenge Donors. These motivating “challenges” include things like unlocking the fact behind one of our secret numbers when we collectively reach a total number of donations or having a designated amount of first-time donors contribute.
Challenge Donor opportunities start at $1,500 and the option to participate in the campaign in this way is open to everyone.
If you are interested in participating as a Challenge Donor this year, please email erin-hartley@zetataualpha.org before Sept. 16 and let her know!
Pre-Order a T-Shirt
Last year, we were overwhelmed by how many sisters “hopped on the bus” to buy the limited edition Day of Giving t-shirt. This year, we’re making it easier by accepting pre-orders now!
The shirt features this year’s theme and one of our favorite ZTA numbers: 1898. It will only be available now through the end of the day on Saturday, Oct. 15 and all proceeds go to the ZTA Foundation. Order yours by Wednesday, Sept. 28 in order to receive it before the Day of Giving starts on Oct. 14. Shipping dates are not guaranteed for orders placed after Sept. 28.
