Zeta Tau Alpha regrets to announce the closing of our Iota Xi Chapter at Christian Brothers University, effective at the end of the spring 2024 semester.

The chapter has seen a continued decrease in membership due to declining interest in fraternity/sorority life on campus. While ZTA’s national leadership and staff have worked with the chapter to rebuild, these attempts have not produced the desired results.

“The positive experience ZTA aims to provide every member can only be possible if a chapter is able to sustain and grow its membership,” National President Dinah Jackson Laughery said. “The entire sisterhood of ZTA supports our Iota Xi Chapter sisters as they begin their journey as ZTA alumnae.”

Iota Xi Chapter was installed at Christian Brothers University on Nov. 23, 1985, as the 204th link in ZTA’s Chain of Chapters.
