Alumnae-Collegiate Relations programming offers both alumnae and collegians the opportunity to share in ZTA’s sisterhood. The programs can improve communication and encourage interaction between all Zetas. By planning these  types of activities, the bond built with the collegiate members can energize alumnae and it can also positively affect alumnae recruitment. When alumnae members show that “Zeta is Forever,” collegiate members may be more eager to join an alumnae group right out of college.
