The Director of Collegiate Services provides support to collegiate chapters, and the volunteers who work with them, in all areas of chapter operations, communication, special projects, and programs. The position also oversees ZTA’s extension efforts.

The Database Applications Manager is responsible for the integrity of organizational, member and chapter data in the membership database, and serves as the internal and external point of contact for all database-related matters.

The Audit/Finance Coordinator assists the audit and finance departments with various responsibilities essential to day-to-day operations.

Creates and facilitates educational Noble Workshops to ZTA collegiate chapters.

The Director of Digital Media is responsible for managing ZTA’s digital presence to reflect the organization’s brand accurately and responsibly, including the @ztafraternity social media accounts, website and email communication. This person assists the Senior Director of Communication by managing digital projects and campaigns from ideation through execution.

The Alumnae Engagement Manager assists in the development and execution of initiatives, resources, and programs for Zeta Tau Alpha’s alumnae volunteer base and alumnae members.

As a part of the Membership Services Department, this person processes, prepares and maintains alumnae information directly related to alumnae reports and communication.

The Director of Chapter Finances reviews the work of newer chapter auditors to ensure accuracy, monitors chapter finances to ensure chapters follow all financial polices determined by National Council, and assists the Senior Director of Finance as needed.

This position maintains collegiate information directly related to chapter reporting and communication. This includes the processing of badge orders, initiations and membership reports.

Develop, implement and assess educational initiatives for ZTA collegians and alumnae and lead education and programs that enhance ZTA’s commitment to diversity, equity and inclusion.

The Merchandise Mananger oversees the creation and purchase of all Crown & Co. inventory. This person should be contacted with any questions regarding ZTA licensing, Bid Day packs or chapter bulk orders.
