Nelly Galloway Shearer Achievement Award—Second Runner-Up
This award is given to the chapter that is second runner-up for the Nelly Galloway Shearer Achievement Award, which recognizes great progress or maintained excellence during the biennium. It was named for former ZTA National President Nelly Galloway Shearer upon her retirement as ZTA’s National Secretary-Treasurer.
