ZTA alumnae survey FAQs
The Today & Forever alumnae engagement campaign is an ongoing effort to update, maintain and better utilize our member data. Accurate membership information allows us to reach more sisters and receive more input so we can continue to “Seek the Noblest” and better serve our entire sisterhood through communication, programming and other initiatives.
We had great success with the campaign’s launch in fall 2016 and again in spring 2018 when partnering with Publishing Concepts, Inc. to update more than 32,000 alumnae member records. We are now taking the next step to better serve our alumnae population with ZTA’s first alumnae survey.
All alumnae are highly encouraged to participate in the survey, which invites them to provide feedback about the post-grad ZTA experience so we can make better-informed decisions about the wants and needs of our alumnae sisters. The survey will be open Jan. 14–Feb. 11.
An email about the survey went out to all alumnae on Jan. 14. Alumnae can access the survey by clicking the unique link embedded in the message. Please note that links are personalized to each person, so we ask alumnae to refrain from forwarding their emails or posting their unique links to social media. Any information you provide will be confidential and used solely by Zeta Tau Alpha.

The survey will take about 15 minutes.
The email and personalized link were sent to the email address you have on file with ZTA through Sisters Only. Be sure to check your junk/spam folder to see if the email was sent there. If you’re not sure what email you have on file, you can log in to Sisters Only to check it. If you do not have an email address listed, no longer have access to the email account on file or need help with Sisters Only, contact International Office at (317) 872–0540 or zetataualpha@zetataualpha.org for assistance.
You will not be prompted to provide your name when you take the survey. The personalized link allows us to gauge the number of alumnae who have participated so we can ensure our data is statistically viable. Any information provided will be confidential and used solely by Zeta Tau Alpha to shape and improve the alumnae experience.

Absolutely! We want to hear from our alumnae across all experiences, ages and backgrounds. If you haven’t been very involved with ZTA since graduating college, this is a great opportunity to tell us why so we can provide an even more enriching alumnae experience in the future.
After the survey closes, your feedback will be analyzed and we will identify key takeaways from the data in order to better understand the ZTA alumnae experience and our alumnae population. This data will drive the creation of new alumnae programming, educational tools and engagement opportunities.
