International Office C-Suite Announcement

ZTA’s International Office executive staff search is now complete.

After a thoughtful hiring process filled with exceptional candidates, ZTA is excited to welcome Chief Experience Officer Dr. Mandy Scott and Chief Financial Officer Alisia Morales to the International Office team. Both candidates come with a wealth of industry knowledge and a passion for the fraternal experience that will propel us forward.

Dr. Scott’s career as an educational leader has included 20 years of expertise in designing and leading systems that elevate student and community engagement. Her background working with multiple stakeholders and supervising teams, along with years of ZTA volunteer service, makes her a perfect fit to lead the staff teams responsible for our membership experiences.

Alisia comes to us with a wealth of expertise in the non-profit financial world, most recently owning her own financial consulting firm and serving as Controller for a local nonprofit. She has devoted her career to supporting nonprofits and associations, including a previous stint as ZTA’s Director of Business Services.
