Today & Forever: ZTA partners with PCI
The Today & Forever alumnae engagement campaign is an ongoing effort to update, maintain and better utilize our member data. Accurate membership information helps us keep you informed about important happenings. It also allows us receive input from more sisters so that we can continue to “Seek the Noblest” and better serve our entire sisterhood with our communication, programming and other initiatives.
We had great success with the campaign’s launch in fall 2016 and have selected Publishing Concepts, Inc. (PCI), to help with this important project, continuing through fall 2018. In addition to collecting information to update our internal database, PCI will create a comprehensive alumnae directory that will be available for purchase.
ZTA did a data update with directory in 2003-2004 as well, with a company called Harris. PCI purchased Harris in 2016.
Information on PCI
Founded in 1921, PCI is a family-owned publishing company that serves the higher education and fraternal industries. They strive to be the very best at what they do – collecting data on behalf of organizations and publishing member/alumni directories that connect members across the world.
PCI will help ZTA collect and update important information from our sisters, because Zeta Is Forever.
Next steps
Over the next few months, PCI will contact alumnae to confirm and/or update member information. We assure everyone that any information provided will be confidential and used solely by Zeta Tau Alpha. Alumnae can also order the 2018 Zeta Tau Alpha Alumnae Directory at that time.

We have partnered with PCI (also known as Publishing Concepts) to produce a new alumnae membership directory and help us update our internal records. PCI is a company located in Dallas, TX that publishes directories for educational institutions, fraternities, sororities and military organizations across the nation. This project allows Zeta Tau Alpha Fraternity to receive important updates to our database so we know more about our sisters and how we can better serve you and future Zetas.
Zeta Tau Alpha Fraternity has a contractual agreement with PCI that states: a. The names, addresses and information provided to PCI by Zeta Tau Alpha Fraternity for the publication of the Directory will be held confidential by PCI, except to the extent that they are utilized in, or in the preparation of, the Directory and except as required by court order or law.
b. The Directory will be made available only to Members of Zeta Tau Alpha Fraternity. Upon completion of the project, PCI will return to Zeta Tau Alpha Fraternity any and all electronic files that have been supplied by Zeta Tau Alpha Fraternity or produced by PCI in connection with the production of the Directory.

The Zeta Tau Alpha Fraternity Alumnae Directory is available for sale only to ZTA Fraternity members in good standing. If you have any questions regarding your status, please contact International Office.
The total duration of the directory project is about 12 months. Since we began the project in late April 2018, the directories will be distributed in April/May 2019.
When you call to update your information, you can select what information you would prefer to have excluded. You may also communicate this information to the PCI customer service desk (800) 982-1590 or to ZTA International Office.
