ZTA Mourns Loss of Sister at California State University, Fullerton
Zeta Tau Alpha is grieving the passing of Destiny Morris, beloved sister of Theta Phi Chapter (California State University, Fullerton) who passed away Friday, Nov. 14, 2025.
Destiny, 19, from Northridge, California was a junior majoring in communication with a minor in finance. She was Initiated into ZTA in spring 2025 and was already an integral part of the chapter. Destiny was also a member of the CSUF dance team.
"Her smile and laughter truly lit up every room and inspired all of us to carry the same positivity she had," shared Melissa Hashem, the chapter's Vice President Campus Relations and incoming chapter President. "Destiny had a natural way of making everyone around her feel loved and cared for. Her presence was enough to cheer us up."
Zeta Tau Alpha sends its deepest sympathies to Destiny’s family during this difficult time.
Chapters and individuals who wish to offer condolences to Theta Phi Chapter may send them to International Office:
