FAQs
Any collegiate chapter can request and host a Noble Workshop! We're offering a wealth of knowledge at a bargain price, provided the chapter meets the required 75% attendance percentage.
If you are a collegiate chapter President or VP Recruitment, you can request a Noble Workshop. Be sure to connect with your CNO before submitting, as they can also submit requests. This helps us avoid duplicate submissions for your chapter.
Workshops can take place at any point during the academic year. Many chapters choose to host them during Work Week or at times when they could use an extra boost of connection, energy, and camaraderie. We offer Noble Workshop fun year-round!
Workshops should be held in a space with AV capabilities and enough room for all members to comfortably sit, participate, move around, and engage in brainstorming, building connections, collaborating in small groups, and more! Examples include a large chapter room, classroom, or auditorium on campus.
Because your chapter is worth it! Noble Workshops are designed for your chapter. Each workshop is tailored to your chapter's unique needs based on the areas where the chapter is ready to grow and dig deep. Don’t take our word for it, hear from your fellow collegiate Presidents and VP Recruitments below.
Testimonials
“Our chapter has been struggling with retention and belonging for a bit of time now. Having our facilitator lead conversations about sisterhood and the impact of Zeta Tau Alpha beyond our university was not only impactful but deeply necessary. The connection formed between the sisters who were able to attend cannot be understated, and we are extremely grateful that our facilitator was able to make it all happen."
- Kappa Sigma (University of South Florida)
“Our chapter has had the privilege of hosting several Noble Workshops, covering topics from fostering belonging to effective recruitment strategies. Each session has been engaging and impactful, generating excitement among our members and encouraging meaningful participation. Through these workshops, we have gained valuable insights that have strengthened both our individual skills and our chapter as a whole. We are grateful for the opportunity to learn from such enriching and influential programming.”
- Kappa Phi (Christopher Newport University)
“The Noble Workshop was a meaningful and impactful experience that provided a positive influx of information to give my chapter’s new and returning recruiters confidence in their ability to add to our sisterhood, strengthen connections across our chapter, and bring together both lifelong friends and new faces. It bridged member classes while helping us refocus on the core values and foundation of ZTA. Engaging facilitators and authentic conversations were at the heart of this programming, which left us feeling reenergized, inspired, and more connected to the sisterhood we are proud to call our own.”
- Zeta (University of Tennessee, Knoxville)
